How It Works
Financial Expertise, Tailored to You
Every business is different, and so is every engagement with Polaris Financial Group. We work closely with you to understand your business, your goals, and your challenges before recommending a path forward. Our services are built around what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all package.

Cash Flow Management
Cash flow is the lifeblood of any small business. We help you understand, forecast, and manage your cash position so you are never caught off guard.
Startup Planning
Starting a business is exciting, but the financial side can be overwhelming. We help new business owners build a solid financial foundation from day one, including startup cost planning, early-stage budgeting, and the financial structure needed to grow with confidence.
About Us
An engineering graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Jay built his foundation on the values the Academy demands: discipline, precision, integrity, and a commitment to mission. Those same values have defined his approach to finance for more than 20 years. He went on to earn both an MBA and a Master’s in Finance, and has applied that expertise across industries including software, automotive retail, utilities, banking, and healthcare, working with organizations ranging from $500K startups to $26 billion enterprises.
That breadth of experience taught Jay something important. The financial tools and strategies that help large companies thrive are just as powerful for small businesses, but small business owners rarely have access to them. Most are too busy running their business to build the financial infrastructure it needs to grow, and hiring a full-time CFO is simply not an option for most.
Whether you are just getting started, navigating a period of growth, or trying to get a better handle on where your business stands financially, Jay brings the experience, the discipline, and the dedication to help you move forward with confidence.
